Refund Request

A participant may request to be removed from a class and receive a full refund (less a $20 processing fee) any time up to 10 calendar days before the class starts.

Participants requesting a refund within 10 days of the class start will receive a 50% refund. In the event that a class is canceled after such a request, a full refund will be issued.

Once a class starts, no refunds will be issued for classes missed or early withdrawals. Any student who has been removed from a class due to disruptive or dangerous behavior will not receive a refund for the remaining classes.

Refunds and make-ups will not be given for individual student absences due to personal schedule conflicts.

Registration

Register AND PAY early to ensure that your class runs. Decisions to run or cancel a class or workshop are made five (5) days in advance.

There is an additional charge of $20 for walk-in registrations the day the class begins or once in session.
